You don't need to prepare your hair in any specific way come as you are! All of our treatments begin with a thorough scalp cleanse, so whether your hair is freshly washed or a few days unwashed, we'll start fresh and customize from there. We actually prefer to see your scalp in its natural state for an accurate consultation.

For maintenance and overall wellness, we recommend a session every 3–4 weeks. If you're addressing specific scalp concerns such as dryness, buildup, or hair thinning, bi-weekly visits for the first 2 months can accelerate results. Your specialist will create a personalized schedule during your first consultation.

Absolutely. We welcome all hair types, textures, and lengths from fine and straight to thick, coily, or color-treated hair. Our specialists are trained to adapt every treatment to your unique scalp and hair needs. If you have any specific sensitivities or conditions (psoriasis, eczema, etc.), simply let us know when booking and we'll make accommodations.

We sell and use R+Co products, a premium professional line known for its high-performance, thoughtfully crafted formulations. We also offer proprietary products developed exclusively for Liora Head Spa unique treatments you won't find anywhere else. Everything is selected specifically for your scalp and hair type. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your visit and we'll make sure everything is right for you.

You can book by filling out the contact form on our website, calling us directly, or emailing us. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule, and we allow one reschedule per booking after that, the deposit is forfeited. We understand life happens please just let us know as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you arrive with ample time before your scheduled appointment. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and changing. Late arrivals may affect the length of your treatment, as we are unable to extend appointments beyond their scheduled time.

We recommend arriving in comfortable clothing. For your treatment, you will be asked to remove clothing above the waist to allow access to the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper chest for massage. You will be provided with a wrap, robe, and slide-on shoes to ensure comfort and privacy throughout your experience.
